Vote for the winner of Mitie's Got Talent 2012

Mitie's Got Talent - Mitie's annual all-employee talent competition - is back bigger and better in 2012, with more talent than ever before. With just five finalists in the running...who will get your vote?

Mitie’s Got Talent – Mitie’s annual all-employee talent competition – is back bigger and better in 2012, with more talent than ever before.

A jam-packed audition schedule on 4 September saw some terrifically talented Mitie people strut their stuff on stage at Bush Hall, London – a venue truly fit for the stars, shared by the likes of Amy Winehouse, Adele, and the Kings of Leon. Our three judges had a difficult decision to make at the end of a long day of auditions, but after some intense deliberations, they decided on our final five to go through to this year’s final. Check out the video on the right side of this page to watch the auditions and judging process.

So five fantastic finalists now remain in the running, but there can only be one winner. Who will get your vote?

Jacqui George - Bringing her bubbly Brummy charm to Mitie’s Got Talent, Jacqui’s a soulful singer through and through. Will she be your winner?

David Melnick - Not content with just singing, David shows his skills on the keys accompanying himself on the piano. Has David hit those winning notes for you?

Rachel Sheppard - Rachel has been dancing for seven years and with her dance-partner Herbie Bastien for just three months. Have their spins lifted your spirits?

Kayleigh King - Kayleigh isn’t new to competitions, having auditioned for Britain’s Got Talent and Open Mic UK in the past. Has she got the vocals for your vote?

Alistair Calder - A self-taught guitarist, Alistair has shown he’s an all-round musician. Has his rendition of ‘Chasing Cars’ chased down your vote?

Take a look at the audition videos below and vote for your favourite act before Thursday 4 October to have your say in who will be crowned winner for 2012.

The results will be announced on Monday 8 October.
