Leading UK outsourcing company MITIE has appointed Dale Harding as managing director of its office fit-out and refurbishment business. 

The 39-year-old brings a wealth of experience to the role: he was a founding member of MITIE Interiors in 2002, working as a commercial manager ever since. 

Dale, who will report to Bill Robson, managing director of MITIE Property Management, will take over the £40m business. 

Bill Robson said: “Dale brings a great deal of commercial and client experience to this role and is a great asset to his clients and to the company. 

“He is a skilled leader and manager, and will play a pivotal role in driving forward MITIE’s interiors business” 

Dale said: “I am delighted to be taking on my new role and lead the business in what promises to be a period with some great opportunities and challenges for us and our clients. 

“MITIE’s interiors business has an unbeatable offer which we look forward to developing even further.” 

As commercial manager Dale successfully managed projects ranging from £500,000 to £37 million.
