MITIE, the strategic outsourcing company, is celebrating with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) after winning the category ‘Partners in Expert Services’ at this year’s PFM Awards. The Awards dinner took place on 3 November at The Brewery in central London.
The PFM Awards is one of the most prestigious events in the facilities management sector. They recognise best practice in partnering in facilities management and support services between service suppliers and their clients, as well as the skills and enterprise of people engaged in this sector.
MITIE has been working with PwC to supply document management services since 2006. From the outset there has been a strong focus on providing expert services and working in partnership. The contract has grown since the initial contract award to meet business requirements, providing cost savings and service enhancements.
Both companies have worked together to design and develop a strategic print strategy that included bringing in Multi Functional Devices - print, scanning, photocopying and faxing- and a digital print solution which saw MITIE investing in an iGen4 digital press.
