Mitie, the FTSE 250 strategic outsourcing company, has been awarded a five year contract valued at £15 million with Nottinghamshire Healthcare, the leading healthcare service provider.
Nottinghamshire Healthcare provides a range of integrated healthcare services, spanning mental health, learning disability and community care, with over 8,800 employees in the Nottinghamshire area.
Mitie will deliver a number of FM services in high-secure and challenging environments, including reactive breakdowns, engineering maintenance, and fabric maintenance activities.
The contract also involves the servicing of all security systems, including CCTV, fire systems and access control.
The sites will include two medium secure units – Arnold Lodge in Leicester and Wathwood Hospital in Rotherham – as well as the high secure Rampton Hospital near Retford.
