Two Enara employees have had success at the prestigious Great British Care Awards in the South East and London regions last month.
Donna Stinton and Lynn Rogers both picked up the Home Care Registered Manager of the Year award for their respective regions.
Enara, which was recently acquired by Mitie, is the fourth largest provider of home care services in the UK.
It provides high quality home care in the UK, delivering a wide range of services to people who require help and support due to illness, disability or infirmity.
The Great British Care Awards celebrate excellence in social care and pay tribute to those who work in the sector throughout England.
Lynn Rogers was recognised in the London region for her strong leadership skills. Her attitude to developing and supporting her workforce, along with her instinct for diversity and innovation made her a clear winner.
Donna Stinton, who joined the industry at the age of 16 with no formal qualifications, has now worked in care for 30 years.
She was recognised unanimously by the judging panel for her clear management skills, and innovative approach to motivating staff.
Lisa Carr, Director of the Great British Care Awards, said: “These awards recognise and pay tribute to the efforts and dedication of all those who work tirelessly to ensure that so many people are able to live independent lives in their own home. They are the perfect showcase to reflect on best practice in the social care sector.”

Winners from the regional awards will be invited to attend the national finals in April 2013.
