Mitie Group plc today announces that it has appointed Andrew Smart as Group Head of Corporate Real Estate. Andrew will be a member of the senior leadership team in the Professional Services and Connected Workspace division.
Andrew joins from Cushman and Wakefield where he was a Partner and Head of Facilities Management for EMEA. Prior to this, Andrew was a Director of Mace Macro where he helped build its workplace and consultancy business. Andrew also brings significant leadership experience from his roles as Managing Director of Facilities Management at CBRE and Sodexo. Last year he received the British Institute of Facilities Management (BIFM) Leader of the Year Award for 2017.
Andrew joins senior hires Paul Bhuhi, Head of the Connected Workspace and Stuart Osborne, Group Head of Risk, in bolstering Mitie's leadership team in the Professional Services division.
